Project Overview
Improving the Notes feature on RV 2.0 Platform
The Real Vision 2.0 platform was designed to give members a place to build community, access financial tools, and gain expert knowledge to support their learning journey.
This project focuses on a two month effort to improve the Notes MVP feature, a tool that allows members to take and save notes as they consume Real Vision content within the new web app.
The impact of this work included increasing feature adoption, improving usability and alignment with user workflows, and strengthening the product's value for paying subscribers.

Farestart is a nonprofit organization providing food-service job training to adults and youth experiencing poverty and homelessness in Seattle.
This project focused on improving the donation workflow and creating a more cohesive online connection with their sister business, Catalyst Kitchens.
I led research and usability testing from planning to data collection and synthesis. I collaborated with two other UX designers on ideation, visual design, and prototyping.
